Processing orders

We ship worldwide. All orders that are placed on our website are processed in 1-4 business days and shipped with Swiss Mail. 

Some products can be available on backorder, which means you will have to wait (just a little bit!) till you order is shipped, usually it takes around 2 weeks.

Once you order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Estimated shipping times

• Domestic (Switzerland): 1-2 business days
• Europe: 2-5 business days
• Other countries: 4-15 business days

Shipping costs

• Domestic (Switzerland): small letter 3.50 CHF, medium letter (up to 2 cm thick) 5.50 CHF, parcels (over 2 cm thick) 9 CHF .
• Europe: small letter 5.50 CHF, medium letter (up to 2 cm thick) 9.50 CHF, parcels (over 2 cm thick) 25 CHF .
• Other countries: small letter 9 CHF, medium letter (up to 2 cm thick) 25 CHF, parcels (over 2 cm thick) 36 CHF .

The shipping price in EUR will be automatically calculated at the checkout.
