Our store is hosted on Woocommerce. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Prices

The prices on this website are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include 8.10% VAT.

Processing orders

All orders that are placed on our website are processed in 1-3 days and shipped from Lugano, Switzerland with Priority Mail. Once you order is shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

  • Other countries: 4-15 business days

Please note that Home & Fleur is nor responsible for any additional custom and import duties that may occur in your country.

Payment methods

The payment is possible by PayPal, TWINT or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard).

Returns policy

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your order you have the right to change or return your complete order or a part of it within 14 days of delivery. The return policy only applies to unused products in sellable condition and original packaging. 
Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (though shipping costs are non-refundable).
